Cleaning Up Campbell River's Coastline

Cleaning Up Campbell River's Coastline

The Discovery Passage Aquarium has officially started working towards our goal of cleaning 1km of Campbell River shoreline every month - covering all 12km of beach within a year. We are hosting these clean ups as part of the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup - an Ocean Wise initiative. By doing so, you can see how much garbage we collected from each clean up with the links below, which will be updated within 2 hours of the clean up ending!

You can also help us save paper by pre-registering online. Follow the links below to sign up, and for more information about each clean up! We will provide gloves and garbage bags/buckets, and trash grabbers are available on a first come first serve basis.
